“Good and convenient for what we needed”
Location was super handy for attending a concert at Saitama Super Stadium. Close to train station and all the necessary amenities.

“Good Location, Helpful Staff”
Good location, near shopping street, a lot of food and shopping mall around, near the train station. Staff was nice and helpful, they can speak English well.

“Very good experience”
The staff was very friendly and helpful, they're available 24h/day. When my own Japanese failed they were nice to find an online translator. They offer free hygiene products, bathrobes and more.

It is a very basic room to stay for a night. Nothing is special nor amazing but convenient if you are taking a train that leaves in the early morning.
