“Worked out perfect.”

Proximity the rail was fantastic. Proximity to amenities was perfect. Food, supermarket, pharmacy, barber. Almost every convenience you could ask for is right there. Amazing value for money with everything going for it. When I booked the place I didn't realise how good it was going to be. This is not a 5 star accommodation, but it is extremely clean, well serviced, well located and staff are wonderful. I will use the same accommodation when I return to Japan.

A basic hotel, just what we needed for our short stay in Tokyo. Lack of meal service was a challenge - we eventually bought ingredients for our own breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful: took our luggage up to our room even before we checked in properly; sent off one suitcase by Yamato-bin, with no trouble.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff don’t really speak English but they are extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is situated in a very convenient location for the train and bus systems with lots of good options to eat and other needs.

Room was clean. Small but tidy and comfortable. Location was convenient for train but if you open the window you can hear the train at night. All in all, great accommodation with a fee good food options down stairs. Especially the Ramen directly under the hotel.

The hotel is in a perfect location, next to several convenience stores and a train station, bathroom and bedroom have exactly what you might need, and it already comes with toiletries, plus the coin laundry is incredibly convenient for longer trips. Staff is always very kind and attentive.

“small double bed but spotlessly clean”

We booked this hote for 1night for the fire works display which took place in Kawaguchi. I was not expecting much for the price we paid. The double bed is small for big people, but they keep their room and facilities very clean. The bathroom is not new but spotlessly clean. I could see cleaning standard in this hotel is very high. The reception staffs are also very attentive and kind. Thanks for the pleasant stay especially for their cleaning team!

I had a great stay. Great value to get a room and bath room for yourself. Clean and orderly. I felt very comfortable. Very close to the station. Staff speaks some English; even though I would repeatedly go out only when regular cleaning times had ended they always asked me whether I wanted my room cleaned. Might have been my best booking.
