The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and I like how the bathroom had a lot of ameneties provided. Whole hotel is very clean and modern vibe. Also, it is really conveniently located- you just exit the train station gate at it's right there. Despite the proximity to the train station, I didn't hear any noise from the trains from my room. The area itself is great since it has the huge shopping mall nearby and you can get to Tokyo pretty fast on the train.

“First trip to Japan and it was Awesome”

Location was good, hotel was clean and bigger than others that I stayed during my trip and I want to specially commend front office staff Mr Terumuna. He is so patient and spent quite a bit of time helping us to find and book day tour to mt Fuji and explaining to us how to get to the meeting place. Am grateful that he even suggests the right date where we managed to see the magnificent Mt Fuji.

The staff are nice and responsive. The cleaner is very good and we would like to thank her here. The room is comfortable and the window is very clear for you to have a good view of outside. The desk is very big and much enough for you to put your stuff on. The location is very close to the JR station.

“Perfect place to stay for concerts”

The staff were really welcoming on arrival and allowed us to check in early (around 1pm) as our room was already available. My friend and I were attending the foo fighters concert and the hotel is literally around the corner from the venue so couldn’t have asked for a better location.
