“Value for Money”
We were upgraded to a room with king bed which we absolutely loved as the room space was big and even had a day bed. It just oozes a luxurious feel. Omiya Station is just under 5 minutes by foot. It has a pharmacy next door and 7-11 and Lawson’s are nearby too.

“Decent value for money”
Access: Great location, 711 across the road was very helpful Breakfast: I don't usually add breakfast to bookings but this was pretty good - gnocci with truffle in parmesan bowl doesn't feel like the thing to have for breakfast but I really enjoyed it. The view from the balcony of the breakfast area is also great, if the weather was better I would have really enoyed spending the morning outside. Cleaning staff: I can imagine the cleaning staff here work extremely hard with a high turnover, I just wanted to say how much I really respect and appreciate their hard work. One cleaner also checked in to see if I had another bottle of water and gave me fresh towels even though I had chosen no cleaning for that day which was greatly appreciated.

“Value for money!!”
Huge king-sized bed with a day bed at the side. There is a men and women spa for guests. Located beside BIC camera and few surrounding convenience store. Have a rent a Toyota next door.

Stayed in Saitama to travel on a Shinkansen to Yamagata next morning. The hotel did its job: close to the Omiya station, impeccably clean, new furniture, everything in place. Firm mattress, like we usually prefer, big king-size bed. Nice view through the panoramic windows. AMAZING breakfast I’d say, if you include it into your booking, you won’t regret. We were too jet-lagged to visit the SPA zone, so can’t say anything about that. We did walk to the Omiya park before checking out though, it was wonderful.
