“A good place to stop”
For a budget stop over it was excellent. very clean, everything worked perfectly including the air con. Lots of parking and an ample simple breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I recommend it

Really small room. Almost impossible to move around. Either in the bathroom nor the bedroom. Feels like a caravan. I dont mind caravans but not when i pay i for a hotel room.

Location easy from the motorway. Simple access, plenty of parking. Staff friendly. Rooms clean and adequate facilities for a stop over. Good coffee at breakfast and would use again no problem 😊

“A good stopover place.”
A really well-designed stopover hotel room. Small, but comfortable room, with a work surface, a good shower, and a big, comfortable bed. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. Convenient location (though some distance through trading zones after exiting A10 southbound). Access to A10 southbound on departure was very quick.

You get what you expect. Clean and functional. Location on outskirts in an industrial estate but parking available and property is set in its own grounds. Very practical for a short stoppover.
