The flat is nice and it was very clean but the building itself is dirty and shabby , there was no light at the entrance of the building and the stairs was very high

The location is ideal, right in the middle of the town, every close to the river, which you get a view of by putting your head out the window.

“Excellent.”
Excellent location in the center of Saintes, 10 min walk from the train station, on a quiet pedestrian street. The apt is nicely furnished with good size and functional kitchen and bathroom, lots of windows. Host is very responsive.
