The hotel is right by the station which for me is a bonus, but very quiet. A short walk to town. The room was pleasant with a nice bathroom. Ideal for a one night Stopover.

Location and people where amazing

Well located hotel, with free parking - close to restaurants and shops - perfect night stop for us on a journey but also as base to visit area

Welcoming, clean and comfortable. Lovely night's sleep, soft bed and beautiful sheets. Great breakfast.

Friendly staff

The hotel is situated close to the railway station but was surprisingly quiet. It is just a short walk from the town centre, restaurants and tourist facilities. The owners are very friendly and helpful and were able to recommend some excellent restaurants and which of the tourist sites to visit. The breakfast was also good.

We notified of an early arrival and the reception door opened as we approached. Breakfast was reasonable. Lovely to hear the birds in the morning.

location as my daughter was joining from Bordeaux by Train and the hotel is next to the train station.. Free parking place in the street

Clean place. Location is good as it is close to city center and Restaurants. Carpark was full but we could park very close to the hotel thanks to an information from the hotel.

“Good hotel for the price”

Since we booked at the last minute we didn't really have a choice. Staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast is ok for the price, location is perfect (right in front of the train station), surprisingly quite. Rooms are big enough and comfortable though not very clean (especially the bathroom), good water pressure (rare for France), the city itself is wonderful and definitely worth visiting. Make sure to have dinner at La Terrase restaurant - the best food I've ever had in France (and I live in Paris!) and really cheap prices

“good value place , very handy for train station”

it was a simple overnight stay but communication before and during our stay was good and helpful. Great location for train station and 10 mins walk into town with plenty of shops/ restaurants (except on Sundays when we stayed and most are closed - so do ask for local recommendations, it will save a lot of aimless wandering). The rooms were clean and comfortable with good showers. We'd all happily stay again

The proprietor was very welcoming & helpful with information about the area. She went to extreme levels to assist with SCNF assistance. Location was close to train & all the city had to offer.

Lady who met us was fantastic we was caught in a little traffic and she waited for us, she then helped us out with somewhere to eat Also spoke fantastic English.
