Great location in a nice and quiet village, walking distance to the village centre , supermarket, beach and bus stop. Only a few minutes drive / bike ride to the village La Flotte. Great hosts, friendly and welcoming, always there to help. Car park, heated swimming pool opened late, game room with table tennis and pool table. We had everything we needed in our little home. Beds were very comfortable, great shower, oven/ microwave/ dishwasher, TV.

Was told could check in at 2 and made the trip early to do so . When arrived was told that we couldn’t. Was told to bring all bedding when arrived we didn’t need . When booked it was pool view on arrival it wasn’t. Ants in rooms and needed to sweep on arrival . 1/2 a toilet roll for 4 adults left . Glasses in cupboard all dirty . No BBQ although says there should have been. No explanation of facilities .

Friendly staff & a very well maintained heated pool made this lovely stay in Ile de Rê really special. We hired bikes from the property & ate in the village restaurants. Supermarket just 5 min walk away. One adult & two 10y-14y olds cycled to La Flotte & St Martin de Rê which was one of the highlights of our trip.

“They Are Scammers!”

Complaint about Fraud by the Landlord. Beware of This Landlord—They Are Scammers! After gaining access to my card account, which was provided during the accommodation booking, the landlord started withdrawing money from my card on the day of departure without any consent. First, they took €100, then €350. Later, they attempted to withdraw €555 and €200, but my card’s limit prevented them from doing so. This is fraud! When we returned to clarify the reason for these charges, we were told that it was supposedly for a “broken table.” However, the table was not broken. Its legs were already wobbly before our arrival, and the wooden tabletop was dried out, which caused the instability. Regardless, this does not give the landlord the slightest right to withdraw money from my card without permission—four separate times with different amounts. I am reaching out to Booking.com and requesting that these landlords be blacklisted!

Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped with cutlery, dishes etc, lovely heated pool, helpful staff. Near a supermarket, bakery and some restaurants.

Loved the set up. The owners were very welcoming and the facilities were great. Use of washing machine and dryer were available and we were set up with bicycles as soon as we requested them.

This is a wonderful place to stay in the delightful village of Sainte Marie. The hosts are wonderfully helpful and friendly, organizing a crepe-based get-together for the guests and helping with any requests. The holiday homes are clean and well-equipped. The heated pool is great. There is a games room and it is possible to rent bikes on site. The property is located between the two halves of the village, each with a marketplace, so all the delights are easily accessible. Beaches are close by, 5 minutes by bike, 10-15 minutes on foot
