We stayed for three nights in spotless, comfortable rooms – the perfect base for exploring the area. Breakfast, arranged at a time of your choosing with Caroline, is a daily delight: generous, varied, and entirely homemade. Just a few minutes’ drive away lies the charming fishing village of Port-en-Bessin-Huppain, with a lovely selection of restaurants.

Beautiful building with a wonderful garden, great location near all the WOII sites and beaches. 5 minute walk from the last part of Omaha beach. Caroline is a fantastic host that makes you feel comfortable and welcome. Delicious homemade breakfast every morning. Our kids loved it too!

Caroline was a fantastic host. Our breakfast was lovely and was flexible as Caroline catered around our tours. The grounds are lovely. We really enjoyed our stay it was a very pretty area.

A real french gem in the countryside close to the D-Day beaches. The host is very lovely and the property and the gardens are really beautiful. Very nice breakfast. The plage can be reached on foot in a few minutes from the hotel and during low tide there are many animals and plants to investigate and jump on the stones, my kids spend hours exploring it. There is even a small waterfall.

The breakfast was amazing. I have learnt to love eating cheese for breakfast and Caroline supplied the most delicious ones for me to try. Beautiful,calm and peaceful, hopefully one day we’ll be back.

The experience of staying in Le Clos Saint Jean was something I will remember forever. the garden is wonderful, the location was perfect for our family and the room was cozy and suitable to our needs. But the highlight of the stay was Caroline, our wonderful host, who made the stay the wonderful experience it was. I cannot recommend this B&B enough, It was all we dreamt of and more, the highlight of our trip.

Caroline was the perfect host. She was very friendly and thoughtful. The rooms were beautifully furnished and reflected the flowers in the lovely garden. Breakfasts were continental style, but different every day with homemade breads, jams and cakes, with a surprise treat too! The position is perfect for visiting the DDay sites around the Normandy Coast, visiting local beaches and towns.
