Hotel is spread out through the small village which normally is a hassle but in the village of Saint Chely it is an asset as you walk through the small streets to your breakfast or bar/resto. The resto is excellent a worthwhile checking out. the hostess is the kindest of persons and she hired only nice people around her.

We loved the location of this hotel in the amazing Gorge du Tarn - be prepared for the twisting mountain road to reach it! The Auberge is not in Saint Enemie but further down the Gorge in the tiny hamlet of Saint-Chély where the only people around were those working there, or guests. The staff were great - very friendly and interesting. The food was good - especially the Roquefort Creme Brulé. There is a small church there with an interesting cemetry to look around. Auberge de la Cascade was very convenient for visiting other parts of the Gorge and taking part in other activities, such as La Malène, a 15-minute drive away. There is also ample parking opposite the Auberge.

“Stunning, picturesque location”

This setting is absolutely perfect. Beautiful in every direction and perfect base for les gorges du tarn. We booked kayaks just up-river beyond St Enimie and paddled down to below La Malène. A stunning trip, and glad to come back afterwards to this peaceful and picturesque spot. The triple room was fine for our family and the pool with view refreshing.

Room quite tired, internet not great. Shower leaked. Staff lovely, food very good. I feel the room price was Beacause of the views around there, not because of the room. So unfortunately over priced.

Very clean and well furnished. Lovely rooms and a spacious communal area downstairs to enjoy. Breakfasts were superb as were all meals. The location is incredible with amazing views.

Beautiful location, great weather n friendly accommodating staff. Food was nice but the menu didn't change. The pool was lovely to have a cool down but people smoked regardless of signage.

Stunning situation in the heart of the Gorges du Tarn. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The optional breakfast was superb and we'll worth the extra. The swimming pool and sunbathing terrace was a bonus. We also ate our evening meals at the hotel - very good.

The location was stunning! Located next to the cascades tumbling into the Gorge du Tarn! The room was ideal for our stay ! The food was excellent! The staff were very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this hotel !

Excellent location, beautiful buildings and nice rooms. The kitchen is unbelievably good! Highly recommended. The surroundings are equally very beautiful, hiking upriver or downriver follows stunning trails.

Great restaurant and breakfast. Incredible location, scenic doesn't even begin to describe it - must see. I accidentally left a t-shirt in the roomand they forwarded it very efficiently to an address in France. Very friendly and helpful staff.
