“Perfect place to stay. Very tranquil and peaceful but within easy reach of interesting places to visit.”
The property had everything we needed and more. It was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Lovely pool area and pool bar. Joost and Ilonka are amazing hosts. We took up the offer to have them cook dinner for us. Very good value. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Le Cosy is set in a stunning location with beautiful views. The accommodation is exceptionally clean and the pool was the cleanest we have ever seen. Adel was a wonderful host who along with his family made us feel very welcome and he was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this wonderful place to our friends and family.

Brilliant hosts. Really spacious and well thought out. Excellent kitchen and dining space. Comfortable sofa and bed. Good shower. 2 outside terraces and a lovely pool. Fantastic value for money.

We stayed 11 nights in La Porcherie. The accommodation was excellent, and as a couple, it suited our needs perfectly, it felt like home with everything you could possibiy need and more, and all top quality too and such good value The surrounding garden was beautiful and very well maintained, clearly a lot of thought has gone into it. Wherever you sat there was something interesting or beautiful to see. The views from the pool area over the landscape were stunning and the wild life and chickens added to the calmness and tranquility of La Retreat. The pool area was fab, plenty of space to sit, and even a well stocked bar. The pool was lovely. Always super clean and inviting, despite being a little chilly but it was only May, so I shouldn't complain. The cherry on the cake was Red, from the moment we arrived to our departure, he made us feel so welcome, always made us smile and laugh, made sure we had everything we needed, extra wood for the wood burner on a cool evening, to the best places to visit or dine. Thank you Red, for your warmth and kindness. We took the opportunity to venture outside La Retreat and explored beyond as we were there for a long stay. . A truly beautiful part of France, so much to see and enjoy.. Cheers. 🥂

SO welcoming, friendly and peaceful. Beautiful settings and location and the house was very comfortable, clean and nicely decorated .
