“Excellent Customer Service!”
The lady at the front desk was amazing! She came to find me when I was struggling to find the parking and even packaged up some extra cake for me when I checked out the following morning. I felt really well looked after! A fantastic experience and I would 100% recommend Hotel Chance to anyone!

Nadia our host was fantastic. Real asset to the hotel. Nadia was extremely helpful during our stay and ensured we had the information we needed to make our stay comfortable. Assisted with details how to speak with a doctor,dinner options , made a wonderful breakfast and lunch. Nadia's welcoming way made us feel at home and our stay a very pleasant one. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was well positioned clean and quiet. Loved the restaurant,food was great.

“Brilliant would use again %100”
Beautiful location, we were extremely happy with the facilities. The greatest thing for us, was how friendly the staff were, helpful, friendly really went above and beyond.

We really like the kindness, the professionalism and the availability of the staff ( 2 young people). The breakfast that was served by these 2 young people was fabulous.
