The location of the property was within 10 minutes walk of the centre of Bayeaux. The property was in excellent order with everything we needed for a short visit. The owner Mickael, met us on arrival and had been very good at replying to emails via Booking.Com before.

Mickael and his daughter were lovely, and very happy to help. It was a great location for exploring Bayeux and the Normandy beaches.

Mickaël was there to greet us when we arrived and popped over with bread and a blackberry tart. The house was as described, comfortable and just what we needed after a long journey from London. The house is in an ideal location for exploring Normandy.

Very centrally located. Easy access to Bayeux, the cathedral and the tapestry. The owner is very friendly and accommodating and works hard to ensure a good stay.

The owner Mickael (he is WONDERFUL) lives next door and was available at any point to answer questions and assist with just about everything. It was quite a homerun as far as location and amenities. The house is a 12 minute walk to the center of town, whether you are touring beautiful Bayeux, or meeting a tour company at Pl. de Quebec. There is everything from a city market, to cafes, to restaurants. Also boutiques on the main street, and historical points (ie, Bayeux Cathedral, the Tapestry Museum). There is a small kitchen (two burner stove top, oven, microwave, dishwasher) with dishes if one wishes to have a meal there. The backyard area is very quaint so as to sit outside in the sun on a nice day. There is also a fireplace on cooler nights, if you ask the owner, Mickael, for some wood for a fire (we visited the beginning of March). It was just delightful and comfortable. Also, very clean, nice bathrooms and shower. There is WiFi, which was great!!!

The apartment looks like it was recently renovated and furnished. It is in a very quiet location, with ample parking space, and at walking distance from Bayeux center. The owner living next door was friendly.

Lovely little house, very clean, comfortable and equipped. Located a 10 minute easy walk from the town centre, cathredral and museums. Highly recommended.
