Had a feeling we were guests of the Royal family, so regal the house was. The hosts were nice and offerted us a cuppa on arrival.

Just everything. It is so unique and the owner did its best to make sure the whole family felt at home. And the dog chocolat was just so cute!

The house is beautifully decorated. It was chic and elegant showing the care and attention that the owner has devoted to furnishing and decorating the property. The breakfast was superb, delicious bread, croissants and home-made jams, good coffee and ham and cheeses. The owner/host was very welcoming and gave us good advice on where to eat locally. We had a super meal. Lastly, the owner loves dogs and was very welcoming to our dogs. He has a safe gated garden that the dogs were able to use and there was a lovely walk a short drive away.

Stayed for 4 nights. Large, well-furnished country house in a small village. Friendly, helpful and attentive host with excellent English. Good breakfast with high-quality local bread and cheeses, as well as home-made confitures and cakes. Very friendly and well behaved dog. L'épicerie in the village is open most days for groceries and coffee/refreshments.
