The gardens surrounding the property were lovely and beautifully kept. The hosts were charming and very helpful. The accommodation was very clean. The pool was very clean. The breakfasts were the best we’ve had in France. Delicious food, beautifully served on the terrace in front of the owners property. The car port and the secure grounds were good.

Barbara and Rodolphe were wonderful hosts and provided an amazing breakfast, it was delicious. They recommended places for us to eat and to visit. The property was immaculate and we felt very welcome there. It was located halfway between Bordeaux and Saint Emilion which was perfect for visiting the city and the vineyards.

The place was wonderful. Very quiet and peaceful after a day of being out and about. Rodolphe & Barbara were a delight and great hosts. The garden and the pool were very enviting. The breakfast was the highlight of our day and alway delicious. We would happly recommend the place to anyone.

This must be the perfect place to stay. The people are kind, the location is good and the place you never want to leave. We might have been lucky that the other house was not booked, so we had the swimming pool private. Our dog Paddy felt like home and didn't want to leave. Would love to come back some day. The hosts are kind, available when you need them and on request they supplies a lovely breakfast on their patio every morning.

It is an excepetional location in many aspects. Geographically, it is very wisely located just in between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion, so that you have just about 15 min drive to both UNESCO locations. It is located in a beautiful calm residential area outside of any suburb with a golf club in vicinity. The hosts, Barbara and Rodolphe, gave us an exceptional welcome and care during our stay, preparing fantastic breakfasts, prepared a list of sightseeing locations, were providing us with complimentary wine, took a great care for the swimming pool and much more. The residence itself is a beatiful small cosy villa with a lovely garden around. Shading of the parking area is an important detail, so that you always find your car ready to drive even in hot sunny days.

The property was very private, extremely clean. The Hosts were so friendly, kind and helpful, nothing was a problem. We would recommend a stay here.... a great place to relax and recharge your batteries, excellent.

Everything was lovely. Stayed in the one bedroom small annex. Was nicely decorated. Spacious including the bathroom. Nice small back patio with privacy. Property well kept. Swimming pool area a delight. Owners very welcoming and helpful. Ample parking. Not a single fault. Highly recommend.

“Idillic - 100% recommend!”

Everything was perfect. We stayed in the little one bed cottage to the side of the main house which had its own small terrace and bathroom which were all immaculate. The owners welcomed us upon arrival and made a fuss of our dog too. We asked for breakfast (continental) which was served outside in such a stunning location and was delicious. We were able to come and go as we pleased with access to open and close the gates with a key fob, and this also meant we knew our dog was secure with the grounds secure. Wonderful accommodating hosts, who even gave us a gift when leaving. We would go back there in a heartbeat. 100% recommend!

The hosts did their outmost to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Really appreciated. The house by the pool has all a family of four could wish for. Must mention the beautiful garden as well.

The hosts were amazing. Our flight was very delayed so we arrived at the property quite late. The hosts were totally understanding, responded very promptly to all our messages and were ready and waiting for us when we arrived. They were also very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The venue was amazing, view looking straight out over a stunning swimming pool. The interior of the property was beautifully decorated and immaculately kept. A nice quiet area and a very relaxing break.
