The pool was closed and no one told us that before we booked and arrived.

The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. Lovely porch area with marsh views which was very nice.

We loved our spacious room and accomodations were nice. Our view of the marsh was beautiful and located near all things we needed/wanted to do. The resort had extra events to entertain the kids since it was a holiday weekend. The staff was super nice and accommodating! We will be back soon!

Everything was great! The cleanliness of the room was fantastic and the view of the marsh was absolutely stunning.

No chairs in room, only bed, had to bring in porch chair if you wanted to sit anywhere other than bed, we aren’t accustomed to such spartan furniture , obviously you can’t just sit on bed every moment you are in your room.

Quiet place to relax and had a balcony so you could enjoy the view and read. Restaurant was excellent! Food was good, staff were very friendly and restaurant was very clean. Definitely will return.

It is a great place!

The service was incredible here. The staff who work at Sea Palm make sure you are comfortable and go above and beyond. Jim was a worker who did just that for us - he ensured that we were having a great time at the heated outdoor pool despite it being 50 degrees outside. He brought us extra towels, chatted with our children and was extra kind.

“Cigarette Smoke”

We were transferred to two different rooms because both smelled the stale cigarettes. After two tries, we left and got a room at the Hampton Inn.

The wait staff did their best at breakfast - but there were 10+ tables and only one waitress. It took a long time. This was clearly a scheduling issue.

The entire experience was beyond my wildest expectations. I was treated like a person wants to be treated above and beyond. From Allison to Aaron, G, and the shuttle driver at Sago. The 'Rider Band' with married couple Chris and Laura sang every genre of music to please everyone. My room was perfect. The outside space was well maintained and gorgeous. There is nothing negative about my pleasant time with Sea Palms Resort. Hospitable, professional, personable, and very thorough with each and every detail of your stay. A literal breath of fresh air. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Staff are welcoming and helpful. The tidal marsh is gorgeous, and it’s a treat to see flocks of birds from the balcony. The in room fridge and microwave is so helpful for people like me with food allergies.

The listed details about the room included a sofa/ pull out couch and there wasn’t one. I purchased the deluxe king room and the view was not great like the other buildings and we didn’t have the marsh view like pictures showed. All we saw was a little bitty bit of water and a parking lot. some pictures showed a bathtub in the shower and i thought since we got one of the highest paid rooms that it would really be deluxe but it was mediocre. I probably wouldn’t spend the money on another room like that one again. The size of the kitchen was also just a tiny corner with not even a full size fridge. The room two rooms over was being worked on so we heard construction noises and banging most of the morning so that wasn’t a bonus.
