We liked everything about this hotel. We stayed one night on our way back to the UK. The location just outside a beautiful French village, the staff, the food, the service and the hotel facilities were excellent. We didn't play golf, but the views over the course were stunning. Our 2 large dogs were welcomed by the hotel and by most hotel standards a charge of 10 euros per dog was very reasonable.

“Comfortable, restful, beautiful surroundings, beautiful hotel”
The breakfast was nice, there was a good selection of food, served in a nice dining room. There were fresh eggs that you needed to boil yourself using their appliance. That was a bit tricky but the eggs were delicious. The bread and jams were nice. The coffee was lovely. We had a wonderful hearty meal and there were many options. I wish I could have sampled them all! The room felt very luxurious. We were upgraded to the chateau. As a mother of 4, I think that was the best sleep I have had in 13 years. I felt incredible when I woke up. What a wonderful place to stay as a couple’s retreat. It would be perfect for a family to stay too as the room had a huge double bed, a single and a sofa bed. The ceilings a very high and full of character with ceiling roses and ornate coving etc. I enjoy buildings with history and character and this hotel certainly has it in abundance. The surroundings were completely silent for a brilliant night’s sleep. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and made you feel at home straight away. I think we will likely return to this hotel in the future as it was a real treat staying here and seemed a lovely place for children too. Even better if you all enjoy golf. I could imagine a couple or a group of guys or ladies spending a long weekend playing golf, having a few drinks and a restful time away from the bustle of normal life.

“A lovely place!”
Lovely location on a golf course. Plenty of places to walk our dog. Dinner was excellent. A perfect spot to stop on our way to and from Calais/Brittany. Our dog was made welcome, even in the restaurant.

Beautiful grounds although it was wet when I was there. Lovely old building. It’s not too far off the motorway if you are driving to or from England and you want to be fairly near Calais. There is a bar and restaurant so you can eat on the premises.
