Located on famous Crane Beach and overlooking the ocean, this Caribbean resort hotel offers 5 restaurants and lighted swimming pools. It is a 15-minute drive from Grantley Adams International Airport. Each 19th-century-style room at The Crane Residential Resort includes vaulted ceilings and a 4 poster king sized bed. “We would’ve loved to have recommended the crane resort, but unfortunately we will not be returning.”
The setting of the hotel is beautiful. It’s remote from the main activity of Barbados, but we chose it for that. The room was spacious with a lovely balcony overlooking the sea. The beach was windy but nice, although the seaweed was a big feature. The beach bar/lunch venue was very pleasant.

Dirty beach, dirty bathroom full of insects (worms, bugs….). Outside the building they’ve thrown the trash so rats were coming there. Beach is promoted as amazing, but it’s full of sea weed that no one ever cleans. This is not a 5-star resort.

“Lovely stay and kind people but overpriced”
Dinner at Zen was fantastic - sushi and other dishes were fantastic. The bar staff there were lovely though as were the other staff. Lots of entertainment and activities provided. Resort is beautiful.

“Good Hotel to Get Away”
- Beautiful place, well looked after. - Secluded and private and not busy - I could always get a lounger and a table for breakfast or dinner. - Some of the staff were exceptional in going out of their way for the guests. - The restaurants were pretty good. - Gym is very good for a hotel.

The room and the 1887 bar was lovely. The gift shop and general food store were very handy and had just what we needed e.g. souvenirs, snacks, toiletries. The breakfast was a good buffet offering and the staff on the egg station were absolutely amazing.

“I had a great time and I'm sure to return sooner rather than later.”
My room was amazing we used every part from the tub to the outside pool. It was great to host and allow others to experience a fraction of the Crane experience. The sea view was incredible such a joy to wake up to hearing waves crashing and the sun beating down.
