The place is a hidden gem. With lots of wild life and wonderful people. The owners Delia and Bert are fabulous. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. Our neighbour was ill and Delia made appointment with dr in speightown for her, and Bert took her in also gave me a lift there and back as I happen to be going in that direction. That’s the kindness you experience at a place like this. Would not hesitate to return .

An absolutely wonderful, family-run hotel with the most welcoming hosts who truly go above and beyond. They generously share both their time and their beautiful property, which features a lovely pool area and a well-maintained garden where you might spot land tortoises and even wild monkeys. You can often see the monkeys in the early morning as they leave at sunrise and again in the evening when they return at sunset—every day! If you’re lucky, you may even get to taste fresh coconuts. The hosts are very responsive before your arrival (via Booking.com) and are easy to reach during your stay, either by simply knocking on their door or via WhatsApp. The location is excellent—just a 2-minute walk to a paradise-like beach and about 4 minutes to a small gas station shop where you can buy essentials like bread, toppings, and drinks. There are plenty of cozy spots to relax in the garden, as well as access to a barbecue and a peaceful, well-kept pool area. It doesn’t feel like staying at a hotel—it feels like being welcomed into someone’s home ❤️ We booked an apartment with a kitchen and a private terrace, which we highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to book this place—if it were possible to give a higher rating, we absolutely would!

“Great location in a quite area of the West Coast”

Location - Mullins beach is a very short walk across the road and a quieter/smaller beach is a 10min walk away, Speightown is a 25min walk and Holetown is a 10min ride away (Yellow mini buses will pick you up directly outside the exit of the Condos). plenty of bars and restaurants around, the walks are pleasant due to the weather and sound of the sea is always around you Delia and Bird are excellent hosts, very positive and make you feel like family. Married couple 30-40.

The owners are brilliant. Very sociable and informative, and willing and able to help with any problems. The apartment was lovely & clean, very comfortable and well appointed. Location wise, plenty of bars & restaurants within a 20 minute walk, and a bus ride from Holetown, where there’s even more. Easily a 12/10 experience.

Lovely and reliable hosts! Delia even let me ride to the town center with her to do some grocery shopping. Good, quiet location near the beach. Only a short walk from a few restaurants and a gas station/convenience store. Comfortable room (upstairs) with a spacious terrace. Well-kept premises and nice pool area. I will certainly return if I come back to the island.

Owners were so friendly and helpful. Great location in the north of the island, a short walk to beach and restaurants. Peaceful gardens where monkeys played early and again in the evening. We also saw hummingbirds and tortoises in the grounds of the condos.

The fact that you are literally across the road from Mullins beach where sunsets are amazing, but you feel so secluded. I loved the nature. Monkeys, tortoise (big ones), fire flies, glow worm, humming birds, lizards, tree frogs and much more.

The accomodation is set in a beautiful garden that is so peacefull and beautiful. Waking up and going to sleep with the sound of the birds is bliss. The accomodation is spotless clean and you have everything you need for the stay. The location of the accomodation is excellent. The beach is literally across the road and the bus stops are really neat which makes it so easy to get around the island. The hosts Delia & Bird are both very welcoming and helpful and there are always available to answer any questions or give recommendations. I loved the stay and would highly recommend it.I was like home away from home.

Incredibly friendly and welcoming hosts. Delia and Bird were exceptionally lovely! The location is perfect for exploring the coast, and the regular buses on the road outside make travel very easy. The pool area is nice and comfortable. We will be back!

Wonderful hosts, a very comfortable room with a nice shady terrace and despite close proximity to the beach it was very quiet and peaceful. Would loved to have stayed longer.
