“A great place to stay and we will definitely be back again”

The proximity of the swimming pool to the room and the size of the swimming pool. I like to swim lengths and was able to do so. The pool area was always relatively quiet and plenty of sun-beds available, The apartment itself was clean, spacious and had a lovely outdoor terrace with a nice view of the sea. A 5 minute walk to several beaches, 2 minutes to the main road to get buses and a 15 minute walk into Speightown. A number of places to eat within walking distance.

It was so peaceful and quiet, no children around and all amenities in the villa. Well lit, patrols done by a guard, staff friendly and the villa was spacious with lots of Closet space!

Bright, modern & everthing we needed

“Idyllic location, beautiful accommodation near Mullins Beach”

Location was wonderful, 5min walk from Mullins beach, petrol station where you could get grocery's a few mins walk away. Speightstown, 15min walk and caught the yellow buses to Bridgetown and Holetown. We had breakfast on the balcony most mornings.

Location, room / villa, pool (super clean), staff - friendly and accomodating. We had a very late flight bsck to London and I asked if we could have a late checkout. For the room we stayed in, that wasnt possible but they allowed us to stay in another room, provided us with towels etc while we were ready to leave. Room has aircon. We stayed in Villa 9 (1 bed apartment), it had a lovely view of the sea and is a few minutes away from the pool! We made a few new friends with the birds and friendly Rooster and his Hen! They are very cute and add to the charm of this place. Its really an authentic, lovely stay - not luxury but definitely not "basic". There is a petrol station a frw mins away with a 24hr shop which is handy.

Good location. Staff on the site were lovely and helpful. Really struggled though with messaging and calling when had questions with the villa. Pool was nice, pool bar was never open though. Nice and quiet, mainly older couples.

The pool. The room size - very spacious. The shower water pressure and water temperature great. The staff were great, maintenance team were great , dealt with issues.

The location of this apartment was perfect for us - just a few minutes walk from two great beaches, including Mullins Beach which has lots of great bars and restaurants (Cici’s was our fave!). It’s also within walking distance to Speightstown which has a supermarket, bars, cafes, restaurants and more beaches. The staff were hugely accommodating allowing for a late check out on our day of departure, cleaning the apartment upon request and dealing with one small issue we had with the drains incredibly quickly. The communal pool was perfect for lazy mornings or afternoons, and was never too crowded. There were also monkeys running around!

Wanted a quiet area and kings beach was perfect, close to beach and 24hr convenience store.

The location and size of the accomodation was very good. On site parking was a bonus. We felt secure at the property. It was clean and tidy and the grounds were mostly well kept.

A most attractive venue with a beautiful pool. A shame the pool bar is not open. I would think there would be a market for selling beer, a few cocktails, and a small lunch menu.
