This is the place to be when you come to Speightstown. Clean, spacy and very well equipped. The beach, bars and shopping are just around the corner. Andrea responds immediately to every inquiry. We felt very comfortable and safe.

The apartment owner was very accomidating and available. The location is fantastic, a short walk to the beach, food and drinks.

We had a wonderful stay! Andrea was incredibly welcoming and warm from the very beginning, which made us feel right at home. The accommodation was spacious, very clean, and perfectly located, just a short walk to Haywoods Beach and close to the center of Speightstown, as well as buses heading south. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely recommend it!

Very clean and spacious apartment. 5 min walk from Heywoods beach. Host was very friendly and kind. Also has free parking outside if you rent a car.

Andrea was exceptional - both pleasant and incredibly attentive. When one of our party suffered an injury, she immediately checked on us and assisted with treatment, demonstrating genuine care beyond what was expected. The location couldn't be more convenient. The beautiful beach is just a quick five-minute stroll away, and the vibrant town centre is within easy walking distance as well. Perfect for those who want to enjoy both beach relaxation and town amenities without needing transportation. Highly recommended for both the outstanding hospitality and prime location!

Location was excellent, just a few minutes walk to Heywoods beach and Speightstown centre. Andrea was a great host, very responsive to queries. Thoroughly enjoyed fish cutters at Caboose just over the road and a great meal at Dr Sweet Spot for authentic Bajan food.

“Family stay in Speightstown”

Great location and stay! All perfect and close to beach and supermarket. Andrea was a very sweet host.

There was AC in the bedrooms only which made for a rather uncomfortable stay our first day... The kitchen and sitting areas were too warm for comfort. luckily the weather cooled a bit and the next couple of days were much better. We probably would not have booked this location if we had known about the lack of AC.

The Host Andrea Walker Awer... Is the nightmare host from hell actually she's just a cleaning lady or what they call the property manager when we arrived my partner and myself we were greeted by miss Walker who was still cleaning the apartment she said give her two hours which we gave her four and she was still cleaning by 8 o'clock Sunday night the 19th of may she demanded four payment of $700 cash which we did not have we usually always pay credit card unlimited credit card capabilities she had no way accepting credit cards zell account to account she demanded cash like it was a drug transaction demanded that we pay her through Western Union or go to the ATM at 8 o'clock at night in Barbados in a foreign country will you drive on the left hand side of the road she was very pushy and disrespectful with God to the point that she told us that we had to leave and was going to put us out in the street as Taurus the people who don't know where we're fortunately we had Barbadian money and paved her 580 dollars Barbadian which equates to two nights at 140 dollars a night so we were able to lease pay for two nights or she was going to put us out in the street unacceptable very aggressive and unagreeable totally unprofessional then we went to Western Union in the morning we were able to secure payment of the remain in 420 dollars American with a nightmare but the facility the apartment was actually no way to contact booking.com about this issue also nowhere on the booking.com site for this property did it mention cash payment only!

Beautiful & new apartment. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you would need. The bedrooms have aircon and the whole apartment is very spacious. Its a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach which is a lovely beach.

well we loved everything.The apartment was in the perfect location for buses,short walk to local shops and beaches there was everything you needed in the apartment very clean and comfy. Andrea was the perfect host checking on us from time to time to make sure our stay was perfect,Which it was.

Excellent property and very friendly & helpful host. Location quite quiet but very close to the beautiful Heywoods Beach and easy to get buses or taxis to local bars & restaurants etc.
