Heywoods Villa is perfectly located for easy access to Speightstown and other lovely spots like Pier 1 and the Fishpot. It’s simple accommodation and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bob the owner lives above and was always really helpful.

The apartment had most things you need and was in a fabulous location, just 10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. 15 mins to the cafes, bars, shops and bus terminus. Happy to have air con in the bedrooms, fans in the living room & mosi nets on all windows. Enjoyed breakfasting on the terrace. The residential area was quiet and felt very safe with friendly neighbours (visitors and locals) and we were very happy our helpful & lovely landlord, Bob, was there.

Great location, close to the beach and there's a bus stop to take you into the city.

Really lovely flat. Clean, spacious and quiet. Everything you could want in a holiday rental including a washing machine and a tv that gives you access to your Netflix account.

Fantastic location in a quiet residential area five minute walk to the beautiful Heywoods beach. Bob is very friendly and made us feel really welcome. Al across the road is also super friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the shoes not working properly and he fixed it straight away. We loved our time here and would recommend staying here without question.

Place was comfortable and very clean, cleaning lady is amazing and very nice, same with Al who takes care about the property, there is also beautiful beach 10 mins walk from the apartment, highly recommend!

A nicely layer out property, easy to find and within a short distance of facilities and the beaches.Air conditioned bedrooms, lounge with ceiling fans and an outside patio with a ceiling fan. Bob, the owner, was there this visit, our 2nd within a year, and is an excellent friendly helpful person. When he is not the Al, across the road , is the same. Nice and quiet.

Bob the owner is very friendly, full of Island advice and helpful. A great location, short walk to the beaches and Speightstown. A very comfortable apartment with everything you need. A great outside space to have breakfast and sundowners. Being in the middle of a residential area, it was great to see Bajan life and chat with the locals.

Easy to get to the property, keys very accessible and a nice gentleman across the road is available should there be any difficulties, which is unlikely . Clean practical accommodation with excellent facilities.
