Dave and Gail are exceptional hosts! The place is absolutely stunning and very clean. The welcome basket was such a nice treat. The communication was clear, and no room was left for uncertainty. We stayed here for a week. It was our first time in Barbados, and it surely surpassed our expectations. We will definitely be coming back here.

We enjoyed our stay at Battaleys Mews, great location, Villa is very well equipped, the beds where so comfy, Property Manager/Owner very helpful, sent lots of info on things to do in Barbados, great for first timers, nothing was to much trouble.

We had a great stay at Battaley Mews. The villa is beautiful with a lovely garden and plunge pool. The main living area downstairs was lovely and open and we did not find it to be too hot at all. The kitchen was very well stocked and the whole villa was very clean. The location was excellent just a short walk to Mullins bay and a bus stop to get you quickly to other restaurants and beaches. Gail was so welcoming and helpful with making sure we had everything we needed ahead of the stay. David was also very friendly and quick to get back to me with any questions I had.

Absolutely fabulous Villa. Dave, the owner, and Gail, the manager, do a lovely job. Always there on the end of your email or phone if you need them. From the little touches of groceries ready for when you get there. The villa itself is very spacious, the beds are really comfortable. Highly recommend and yes we will return. Short walk to the beach. The sea shed restaurant is very nice, fabulous sunset. Hire a car if you can your half hour, forty minutes from anywhere. Short bus ride to Holetown and Speightstown. A small community pool but was always very quiet. We didn't use tennis courts or the gym so can't comment on those.

The location was perfect and any questions we had were answered promptly by the owner Dave. There are many lovely restaurants within walking distance from the property and only a 5 minute walk to the lovely Mullins Beach. We used the Reggae Buses to get to Speightstown for supplies and shopping which was fun and safe. Overall an amazing relaxing holiday.

Perfect 3 bedroom villa for a family. Located within walking distance of Mullins Beach. Exceptionally helpful host.

This is part of a gated community, which felt safe, and was very quiet. Only fields at the rear. We used the jacuzzi daily, as well as the well maintained and large but little used communal pool. Even played tennis a couple of times. We decided that the local beach (Mullins) a short walk away was one of the best we have been to. Dave and Gail were super helpful, particularly when our flight was cancelled and we had to extend an extra day.

The Villa was beautiful, very tastefully furnished, had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Excellent location too. We were a family of four but with two adult “children” so the space and facilities were perfect. The complex was immaculate and felt very safe.

Wonderful spacious house, equipped with everything you would need, we made good use of the bbq and facilities of the complex. Everything was clean and the housekeeper Charmaine came regularly with clean towels and bedding. The owner Dave, Gail the property manager and Charmaine were all exceptionally helpful. Gail even dropped us to the supermarket. Nothing was too much trouble. Super location, with a beach and restaurants/bars a few minutes walk.

Property is in a perfect location, just a few minutes walk from Mullins beach and short car journeys to some of the islands best restaurants and attractions. The shared facilities are well maintained and because the estate is small is never too busy. The villa itself is clean, very well furnished with everything you would want for a great holiday.

Housekeeping kept the house very clean and were very friendly and helpfully. Gail (property manager) was also very helpful and responsive. We could message her anytime should we have any questions. Villa was equipped in everything we needed. We didn’t cook but kitchen is fully equipped to do so. Living room was great size with 3 comfortable sofas and smart tv. Jacuzzi in the garden which was our favourite place to hang out. Outdoor space was perfect to chill in the evening. Bedrooms were gorgeous and spacious.

This villa certainly has the WOW factor. It's spacious, clean appearance gives a welcoming ambience to a very well equipped, contemporary home from home. The decor is fresh and bright, the sofas and furnishings comfortable and inviting. The bedrooms are clean and fresh with ample storage and plenty of coat hangers! The bathrooms are tastefully fitted with quality fixtures and the en suite has a sunken bath and a huge shower. The garden is lush with established trees, bushes and shrubs. From time to time, you can see little monkeys scampering by! We were treated to a spectacular display of a barrel of chattering, clambering monkeys swinging through the trees by the communal swimming pool. It was amazing. The area is protected with security and coded gates. It feels very safe and secluded. In spite of this it is close to local amenities and the enchanting Mullins beach where the sea is warm and blue, the sand soft and clean. Dotted with beach bars and eateries, there can hardly be a more perfect setting for a very special and restful holiday. We were welcomed on arrival with a beautiful, freshly cooked hot meal (pre-ordered.) We were also greeted with a selection of pre requested groceries. Our hosts, the Marvellous Marrisa and the Wonderful Wendy made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. They were truly amazing.

Excellent location with easy access to a variety of beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops. Lovely house with great facilities, everything very clean and tidy. Will definitely be back.
