The evening staff member, the young woman who helped us when we arrived, was really great, and the beds were comfortable, but it wasn’t pleasant to find old hair in the bed.

Breakfast every day was great! The shuttle to the concert was great, bur=t coming back was not great. We found out after the concert ended, numerous people tried calling the hotel to see what was happening with the shuttles. Th.is was probably about 15- 30 minutes after the concert ended, the phone kept ringing and no one was answering. We all wanted to no if the shuttles were coming or not. It did not help as it was a cold night. One shuttle arrived about 20 minutes to 12 and the driver said the traffic was not moving. The second shuttle about 10 to 15 minutes later and there was enough room for everyone waiting outside. The problem here is the city allowing personal and private vehicles stopping in front of the arena and waiting for family or for customers. This street if front of the arena should be for buses and shuttles only and this will help matters.

We arrived late on a weekday and the front desk was very accommodating. The breakfast staff was phenomenal! She made the entire trip worthwhile.

Pleasant room. Good complimentary breakfast. The lady supervising breakfast is a star. Friendly, enthusiastic and can’t do enough to help. When you’re travelling alone these small interpersonal transactions make a difference.

A large modern hotel which had a good sized, bright room and was comfortable and clean. The room facilities were good, but I would have liked a room safe especially as St Paul is not a city you feel safe to wander round in. Location-wise it is well placed for the capital building and for the light railway which runs just behind the hotel to Minniapolis, but it is a bit of a walk from the downtown. One member of staff on reception was very pleasant and helpful, whereas another was much less so and she seemed quite bored with it all. The breakfast was average. I can't say the hotel felt particularly good value for money.

The Radisson employees were friendly and happy to be there. We were always greeted and felt welcomed into the facility. Staff was extremely helpful and were always cheerful to lend a helping hand.
