Wonderful location with a fantastic view to the valley, the sea and the old-town. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is super friendly and really do more than expected. This villa is a must have experience if you visít Saint Paul de Vence!

Villa St Maxime is very special in a lovely location, very convenient for St Paul. The owners Ann and Jacky run the hotel very well and there are lots of personal touches to be enjoyed. Breakfasts on the terrace were lovely as was the wine time early each evening. Our room had a spectacular view and was very comfortable. Would love to return in the future. Special mention to Bruno who was very helpful. Overall a great stay in a beautiful location.

This is an absolutely tóp place to stay with staff that makes you feel at home the moment you pass through the entrance door. The location is excellent with only a few hundred meters to the village of St-Paul-de-Vence.

The location was great, just a short walk into the restaurants. The hosts were so lovely, made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. The hotel was beautiful with stunning views. Breakfast was gorgeous sat out on the terrace. I can't recommend this place enough, we will definitely be returning.

Beautiful setting, large swimming pool and wonderful host. Loved the convivial set up, meeting other guests for aperitif on the large terrace looking over St Paul de Vence countryside and the sea beyond.

There is obviously no better place to stay in St Paul de Vence than Villa St. Maxime. Terrific view over the garden, the pool and the sea. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We wish to come back again sometimes.
