Beautiful villa and very clean throughout. Stunning garden and pool. Excellent kitchen and laundry facilities. Very close to local amenities and reasonably close to Nice and Cannes. Not too far from Monaco either. Very accommodating host and staff.

The property has an amazing swimming pool, and the property felt so luxurious to stay. The owners kept the property immaculately clean and it was just a fantastic choice for our family to stay in. The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked very well and was quiet too. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need to cook up that evening meal. It’s very close to several great supermarkets and a really good bakery.

The villa was spacious with plenty of living spaces, indoors and outside including a large covered terrace. A great pool which we made good use of on hot days. The property was in a secluded spot but very close to amenities like the local Leclerc supermarket, petrol station and bakery. It was on the road to St Paul de Vence and close to Vence town centre as well as being close to Nice airport. We enjoyed our stay.

“Everything about this villa is perfect!”

Everything about this villa was perfect. The property itself was spacious and very well equipped. All the rooms were a great size and the master bedroom has a lovely en suite and dressing room. We spent lots ot time outdoors in the fabulous pool and also in the shaded seating areas. The villa is in a great location, in walking distance of a supermarket and bakery and an easy drive to St Paul de Vence. We used it as a base to explore Antibes, Nice, Eze and Canne which were all in good striking distance. Gerald was on hand if we needed anything (we didn't as everything we needed was provided!) An amazing villa making for a wonderful holiday!

Very comfortable villa with a wonderful garden and swimming pool. The villa is organized very logically - you can’t hear anyone in different parts of the house. The villa is equipped with modern home appliance. The villa is located very conveniently - 5 minutes by foot to the nearest bakery and to the nearest huge supermarket. The surrounding environment is extremely calm. The only external sounds are a rare singing of birds and parrots.
