The charming Hôtel Les Messugues is located in the heart of a magnificent flowered park overlooking the olive grove, a few steps from the historic village of Saint-Paul and the famous Maeght Foundation. Decorated in soft and warm tones, the rooms harmoniously combine comfort and well-being. Some units open onto a private balcony with a view of the nearby vineyards. A confidential address, nestled in the green setting of the hill that the hotel shares with the famous Maeght Foundation. All the attentions of the team remind us that we are welcomed as a family: itineraries for walks and bike rides, must-see places to visit and good addresses; drinks and snacks available... The hotel focuses on conviviality by multiplying the cosy spaces to share and the charm of the sheltered corners of the garden. Within the bastide, the 15 spacious and fully equipped rooms open onto terraces and balconies of an authentic Mediterranean garden. The house combines inspirations between antique furniture and selected pieces. In the annex, an apartment for 4 persons and its private garden allows you to live the Messugues experience "as at home". At breakfast, the view of the olive grove as well as the fresh fruit and homemade cakes from the buffet is a morning privilege. The farniente of Provence continues in the garden around the sinuous lines of the swimming pool, its sunbathing on the beach and the ground of the game of bowls. In the shade of its arbour and facing the vineyard, the terrace of the restaurant "La Table des Messugues" offers a 100% home-made sunny cuisine (from June to September). Nearby : The Maeght Foundation and the Cab Foundation (5 mn walk) ; the villages of Saint-Paul de Vence and Tourrettes sur Loup ; the historical center of Vence ; the Matisse chapel ; the Vence pass.

“Good location, lovely pool and gardens, quirky but needing some modernisation”
Property was quirky, but very pretty, beautiful pool area, unfortunately it was raining but didn’t detract from the gorgeous garden , and surrounding area. The inside area was ok , clean . Breakfast area was open plan and looked out onto garden .

It’s class, modesty and warmth - from arrival to departure. Tucked away in quiet cul de sac, wonderful villa-style property set among beautiful gardens is a true gem. The owner Virginie leads from the front, with the whole team a delight.
