“Lovely place to stay, one to do your homework on regarding finding it and getting an evening meal.”
Lovely setting close to shore of Lac St Pardoux near Limoges, very French and charming gite, run by an English couple. Friendly and helpful. Very comfortable rooms done out to a high standard. Basic but good breakfast. Gave us a little flavour of France in between stays at more modern, less characterful hotels.

The owners could not have been more helpful from the moment that we arrived. Breakfast was varied and freshly prepared. As we had to go to Limoges airport the proximity was a key factor for us yet we were out in peaceful countryside.
