Beautiful villa, wonderfully renovated with great attention to detail. The hosts are a wonderful couple with passion and vision. They make you feel very welcome from the very first moment. Comfortable room with everything you need including the fridge. Exceptional breakfast, beautifully served. Wonderful grounds. Overall a fantastic experience. Without any doubt for the wonderful hosts it is not just a business. They genuinely care about their guests. They have a vision of what they want to offer their guests and they deliver it 110% . “This was a one night stay on our way north. However, there is a great deal to see in the area and this is a perfect plac”
Everything about this stay was exceptional. The hosts go out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. We would recommend eating with the hosts and other guests as the company and the food was again excellent and we had a thoroughly enjoyable evening. Please note there is no evening meal served on Fridays.

Villa Verte had everything we needed and was a comfortable and luxurious stay - highlights were the beautiful art deco style interiors, antique furniture, jacuzzi and huge roll top bath. Emiel and Eveline could not have been more accommodating, we really appreciated the effort they went to to ensure we were welcomed and had a lovely stay.

It was wonderful a experience. The hosts were very friendly and went at enormous length to accommodate all our needs. The home cooked food was excellent as was as the company. All this in a meticulously refurbished home full of grandeur. A pleasure from start to finish. Chapeau.

What wonderful hosts Eveline and Emiel are at Villa Verte, from the minute we arrived we were made to feel so welcome, it really did feel like it was home from home. Our bedroom was spacious, tastefully decorated and spotless. There is the option to join Evelyn and Emiel for dinner in the evenings, Eveline cooks deliciously fresh and tasty food or they will make you a cheese and meat platter if you prefer to eat in your room after a day exploring the region. Each day Eveline put little treats in our room, these included homemade lemon mousse, biscuits, meringue and chocolates. At the start of our holiday I was struggling with a cold and Eveline put a fluffy hot water bottle in our bedroom and offered me hot chocolate at bedtime. The grounds are a peaceful haven and include a hot tub and pool for the warm summer days. The b&b is 40 minutes from Limoges airport by car and is nestled in beautiful countryside making it a perfect base to explore the department of Haute Vienne in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region of central west France.

“Spotlessly clean and comfortable,wonderful hosts - what more could you ask !”
Emile and Eveline have put their hearts and souls into this lovely Chambre d’Hote. Unfortunately the weather was not good but Emile and Eveline were wonderful hosts - there was nothing that was too much trouble. Beds were Comfy and pillows just right. We had a delightful evening with them and very much enjoyed sharing their evening meal with them. Enjoy their adventure - they work very, very hard for the benefit of their guests - it’s great to wind down and spend some time there. Plus they have a seriously good wine cellar that is very interesting. Good luck both - living the dream !!

Emiel and Eveline were really welcoming! We enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi,. We had the smallest room which was perfect for us, Eveline kindly showed us the other rooms and all of them was stunning.
