The pool was brilliant, communication with the owner was superb, very quick and efficient. The apartment was excellent with two en-suite bedrooms. The position was ideal close to the beach and local restaurants.

“Perfect house for your stay in Orient beach!”
The house (not apartment) is ideally situated close to the beach, the supermarket, bakery and restaurants. We really enjoyed the space, privacy, garden with plunge pool and well equipped kitchen.

Spacious and in excellent conditions. The patio, pool and garden are the added value. Location is superb and very close to good restaurants and shops.

Beautiful villa and added bonus of having your own pool. The villa was clean and private, and less than a minutes walk to the beach. Great location with a store and great restaurants literally across the road. Fantastic host who went above and beyond for us during our stay. Can't rate this villa highly enough! Thanks for a great stay.

everything was quite good, the house is very comfortable and very well equipped with very good location and Manuela is simply lovely person, always available to help and address all your needs and doubts. Thank you very much for your kind and warm treatment, our time in SXM was perfect and we really enjoy our stay in the island and at home!!!
