Martin is a wonderful host, expained everthing very well! Everything was fine, enough towels, comfortable beds and the beautiful view on the lagune The location is perfect , close to Marigot with nice shops and a daily market

“Highly recommend, especially for longer stays”
Apartment is conveniently placed near restaurants, bakery and grocery store. It’s in a calm neighborhood few minutes drive from Marigot. It has all necessary amenities for longer stays and the price is really good in comparison to any alternatives on the island. The view from the balcony is one of many reasons to choose the place. It was really nice to drink some coffee in the morning and enjoy the surroundings. I must also mention Martine who was very helpful and super nice during check in and check out. Overall it is a perfect place for 4-5 people group

The area is not yet fully developed. But apartment is good. Could use some instructions left in it as to the beaches, stores etc.
