There is not one thing to call that I liked the most: everything was perfect! The location in relation to Chiverny (Gardens of Claude Monet), the house with the beautiful garden, but above all the hospitality and the loving welcome of our host and hostess, all the days we stayed at the hotel/B&B. It was a perfect end to our holiday in Normandy.

The property is beautiful with magnificent gardens, ample accommodation, and excellent room facilities. There was plenty of room to relax in the large, superbly decorated room. The bathroom was also very large and decorated with great taste. On our last evening, we had a picnic in the gardens surrounded by beautiful trees and flowers. Gilles and Maryla made us feel very welcome. Their advice and suggestions on the area made our visit very productive, and we packed a lot into three days. One of the highlights was the breakfast prepared for us every day, fresh fruits of many local varieties, homemade jams, and local honey. Fresh bread and croissants as well as coffee and fresh juice, organic eggs, and nuts. The list just goes on! After our 23-hour trip from Australia, we could not have asked for a better place to get over jet lag and feel healthy inside from the beautiful breakfasts each day. We will come back for sure!!

Charming hosts - made us feel at home and happy to talk (in English) about many subjects. Nearby, walkable, restaurant (le Lft) on industrial estate was surprising good and excellent value.

Breakfast was a feast; fresh fruit, delicious meat, fish and cheeses. White currants too. All organic. A brilliant way to start the day. Maryla and Gilles were wonderful hosts and helped us plan our itinerary. The house is beautiful and we enjoyed our tour of the garden with specimen plants and trees, especially the acer growing in an old tree stump.

Breakfast was VERY good - selection, quality and quantity. Hosts were friendly, knowledgeable about the area with good English skills. WiFi was quite good. Room was spacious, clean, quiet - great beds.

You feel like at Home. The Landlord and landlady not only open up their House for Tourists but also their hearts. They help you with anything you may need. Their household ist ecologically kept and the variety of jam they offer is homemade.
