“The most stunning stay in the south of France! We’d return in a heartbeat!”
Kay & Mark had thought of everything… the kitchen was fully decked out with everything you could need: Mosquito spray, sun cream, moisturiser, aftersun, shower gel… you name it… the apartment had it. The property was absolutely stunning, with gorgeous views of the river and outlook onto the pool and their garden. Kay’s interior style was gorgeous! We were attending a wedding and it was the perfect retreat for some R&R between events. The breakfast was lovely with fresh orange juice, meats and yoghurt outside with a stunning view. It was pristine and the bed was super comfy with two fans to keep you cool. We also enjoyed the use of the pool to ourselves and often walked into town for dinner as well as cooking in one evening. Mark kindly offered to drop us at the station upon leaving which was very generous of him as taxis can be a bit tricky in the area. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely recommend it and go back!

“Honeymoon stay, felt like luxury.”
Self contained apartment attached to a beautiful stone chateau, in a quiet riverside location, only minutes' walk from the town of Castillon. Approached via a tree lined driveway. Peaceful location. We spent days lounging by the chateau's heated pool and having our own lunch on the expansive patio area looking over the Dordogne river. The chateau's owners would provide us with a great continental breakfast each morning on the terrace: pastries from the boulangerie, bread, smoked fish, fruit and yoghurts. They were always available yet never intrusive. Interior was modern yet sympathetic to the stone house, with a great bed and bathroom, and full kitchen-living area.

“Flawless - beautiful and spacious apartment in a stunning setting.”
The breakfast was delicious and so generous. Sitting overlooking the river with fresh coffee, fruit and (still warm) pastries was awesome.
