The entire staff was super friendly and a perfect location to see anything at the pageant. The suite layout is awesome and definitely worth the money.. Great rooftop bar.

If it is for a solo business trip, it is good enough since it provides almost everything. Think it more similar to a Hampton Inn or Hyatt Place. The location is good if you want to go to WUSTL. The shower and the toilet is good.

Reception employees were generally nice, the manager was rude, unpleasant, not helpful and really gave a bad feeling. The room was not cleaned for my entire stay (5 nights). When we understood why, I asked the cleaning lady to clean the room, she said she will come back (she didnt). One day I was informed from nowhere that maintanace and noise are expected on my floor. Very very bad service.

Location was perfect for visiting a concert at the Pageant and for getting some food. It is right at the Delmar boulevard, so there are lots of options.

I cancelled the booking but the front office refused to acknowledge the request.

Check in process was smooth and room was adequate.

Well presented hotel. Clean rooms. The hotel had a decent position in the area, it was on the trolley loop system and the buses stopped quite close, there were enough good places to eat and shops nearby to distract us. Staff were as helpful as they could be.

The staff is super friendly, the room was big and comfy, location is excellent although it's 15 min driving from the downtown area and we had no issues with parking or the car.

The location, the hotel food, and the room itself were all lovely and clean. Having such a nice hotel that also accommodated our small, well-behaved dog was especially nice for us.

Breakfast was not included. We had to pay at the restaurant. It was delicious. The weather didn't cooperate but we did get to enjoy the roof top view. Location is great for wandering the loop.

Breakfast was great. Security staff was tremendous help with getting us set up for EV charging. Very sorry I did not get the gentleman’s name. He helped us several times which I appreciated since I was not feeling well.
