The breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was kind. Our first room didn’t have hot water, but they changed it right away. I had also forgotten my wallet in the room, and the cleaning lady handed it to the reception, who promptly returned it to me.

“Fun place. Excellent staff. Very comfortable.”
Interesting! Friendly staff. Breakfast was awesome. Onsite restaurant and happy hours. Close to where we wanted to be. Hot chocolate and coffee provided all day. Great Christmas decorations.

“Clean convenient comfortable Tudor themed hotel,”
Room was quiet comfortable wifi was strong and reliable. Breakfast included hot (eggs, sausage) bread/pastries, ( bagels, Danish, croissants,...) beverages (coffee, tea, juice) and best of all FRESH Fruit. Rooms were named after authors. Mine was Mary Shelly, with a framed description in the room. Appreciated the bookmark with "Frankenstein" printed on it

“Charming and unexpected corner of England in St Louis”
A bold attempt at recreating ' Ye Olde England" with some fascinating furnishings and literary themed rooms. Without doubt the jewel is the snuggest, cosiest bar west of Cornwall, which is only missing Dick Turpin entering in a tricorn hat and demanding "your money or your life". Definitely worth a detour, whether staying at the hotel or not!

At check-in, the staff at the reception was confused with my last name and first name, I waited a long time, and eventually, it was resolved only after connecting the call to Booking Dotcom, and the start of the trip was not so good.

“Unfortunately, will not stay again....they lost my business!”
The bed was comfortable..There was 24 hour security so I felt safe on the property...my complaints were heard by upper management and hopefully issues will be addressed...I was given a discounted rate after discussion
