Hotel staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and give us tips to enjoy the city. Breakfast was standard. The popcorn for happy hour is nice. 24-hour ice and drinks is a nice touch in the lounge/breakfast room.

Location, a view from 6th floor, wine, beer, non alcoholic bewerages and snacks for free from 5 till 7pm, pool, spacious and clean room. Helpfull crew. Parking fee and lot.

A beautiful hotel, arranged in a classic style, a little outdated. Its location close to the metro was very good, the beds were comfortable, the linen was clean, we were glad that we had a fridge, iron, hairdryer, we used them. We were able to walk to visit the Arch, it is an ok area, we felt safe. There is also a shop nearby, from there we got an adapter for the socket. The staff was polite. We liked that we could use the juice dispenser in the breakfast area to get drinking water.

The location was very good for walking up to the Arch. Also near pick up hotel for trolley tour.

Parking - small bay out front whilst you check in and get the parking instructions. Easy to park with lots of available space. Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Unexpected happy hour with 3 free drinks and nibbles. Breakfast was usual small hot/cold buffet and adequate. Room was clean and spacious with a comfortable bed, although the air conditioning was very noisy and had to turn it off for sleeping. Reasonable downtown location - about 15 min stroll to Gateway Arch.

Location was great, 10 min walk to baseball stadium. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Free breakfast was nice.

“Very good”
Very good location, we enjoyed the daily happy hour and free food, which was a very nice touch. The room was a reasonable size for three people. We had a problem with the toilet but they promptly moved us to a different room. We enjoyed the gym facilities and there was a good selection for the breakfast. The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
