“Overpriced for an outdated hotel with unprofessional staff”
I asked for a quiet room. I got a room that had a wooden door connecting to the room next to me, from where I could hear a man snoring and taking work calls. When I mentioned this at check out the staff responded by saying "oh that's the worst! I hate snoring, too!" The rooms and facilities feel old and outdated. Especially given the high price of the restaurant. The hotel is located close to a huge highway which I could clearly hear all night and day. The reception staff is neither particularly friendly nor professional nor personal.

“Very disappointing hotel”
When we arrived, we were given a room with no window and a toilet that had already been used. After asking to change rooms, we were moved to a “suite” that didn’t even have a proper bed — just a sofa bed that squeaked every time we moved. A terrible experience, I strongly advise against staying here.
