“Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend the hotel to friends and family.”
The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. Well located downtown St. Louis and easy walking distance to the Arch and other attractions were interested in seeing. Overall, the hotel more than met our expectations.

“Amazing stay in St. Louis”
Beautiful hotel interior. Spacious and beautiful room. I liked the view of the bridge through the huge windows. Everything is neat in the room, there is a refrigerator, you can make coffee (there could be a few more paper cups). Nice staff. Large parking lot, many parking spots, included in the room price. Convenient city location for exploring St. Louis downtown. Thank you for amazing stay!

“Very well located”
The best thing about this hotel is the location. It used to be more beautiful. It had furniture that included lights, but that's no longer available. The morning staff was terrific. T

“We made the best out of the situation. The staffs are helpful. It’s just the facility that was bad”
The room smells really bad. No wifi for 5 days during our 7 days stay, and when the wifi is back it cannot reach the room. It’s really really bad specially when you are not from the USA and you needed wifi for communication.

“It was good, but it can improve.”
The location was pretty good, really close from where I was attending the game. The room was clean, and I wasn't expecting having a couch inside of my room. And then, the casino, it's really tempting, but maybe next time I will go over there, looks pretty nice as far as I could tell.

“Location is it's selling point.”
Huge comfortable bed, large room, great location within walking distance of St Louis Arch park and Mississippi river. Free parking is a bonus and Starbucks nearby.

“A 2 night stay at comfortable hotel, but we struck service failures”
Checkin was just fine, as was checkout. Room was as expected. Location was a bit isolated when the weather turned windy cold and miserable. Walking around to the Arch was not possible.
