“Excellent hotel close to theaters and concert hall”
Very good hotel, next to Powell concert hall, where we had a concert. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice art on the walls.

“Excellent and the staff VERY helpful”
I had Airline cancellations leading to late arrival and despite the issues the staff were professional and accommodating throughout, they really did go the extra mile to ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. I cannot thank the reception staff enough for their help and support. Many thanks

I did not live here. The do not have hot water.Front service said cancelled for us. But They still charge me. I need to contact them to get my money back!

The rooftop was really appreciated since we arrived quite late and there weren’t many food options around the hotel, everywhere closes at 9pm anyway.
