Terrifying experience – unsafe, unprofessional, and hostile host We lost our key and were met with a chaotic and unsafe response: no spare key, €350 cash-only demand, forced ladder entry by a man who refused to show ID, and mocking messages from the host. At no point were we treated with basic safety or respect. Booking.com needs to review this property urgently—we felt intimidated, unsafe, and completely unsupported.

Easy self-checkin/out with clear instructions. Very well equipped place as described. The unit is located in an apartment block of a residential area.

The host was flexible and very helpful for us when we faced the problem with our trip due train cancellation and arrived very very late at the morning of next day, but we managed to sleep and rest before trip continuation.

What stood out to me was the fantastic social skills of the personnel. They were not only friendly but also incredibly engaging and attentive, making my experience personal and memorable. Their ability to connect with visitors on a genuine level added a unique touch to the service they provided. Because of the wonderful experience, I am already planning my next visit. It's a place I see myself returning to time and again, anticipating the same delightful experience. This location is a perfect example of how a combination of easy accessibility, a joyous atmosphere, and exceptional staff can create an unforgettable experience. I can't recommend it highly enough!"
