“A bundle of contradictions, confounding our eventual conclusion that we really enjoyed it”
The atmosphere around the bar and pool area was great, the bar and staff were very amenable and able to help us where they could. The car park was secure and very convenient for our room. We were much happier when we moved to an apartment following a misunderstanding around the booking and we are grateful for the ease with which the staff helped us. The position on the hill is fantastic for views over the lake and morning sunrises were spectacular. And the pillows were surprisingly the best single pillows we had ever experienced.

Pool was full of families and children not very relaxing. The manager was lazy and unhelpful when we got locked out of our room because the key stopped working. The staff went into our room when it wasn’t requested. This was very alarming and we thought we had been broken into.
