Met or exceeded my expectations. Fully functional self-catering apartment hotel. Location in a residential setting -- relatively quiet. Within 20 minute walking distance to the bank, restaurant and grocery store. Much farther than I expected to the beach-- 20+ minute walk to Dickenson Bay Beach, but another 20 minute walk to Runaway Beach. Weather and beach amenities perfect. Eventually rented a car -- driving everywhere relatively easy.

The property was lovely but unfortunately we hadn't appreciated its location needed a car. However, the lovely owner, Donna, was very helpful in getting us where we needed to.be, giving very interesting information about the island en route.

Donna was an exceptional host. First of all she met us at the airport, greeting us with a smile and provided the transport to her lovely guest house in St. John's, a short drive away. The accommodation was spotless and well presented with lovely views from the balcony of both the countryside and the town. As we were only staying one night before our flight to BVI, we arranged for transport the following morning back to the airport. If it was not for Donna knocking on our door at 0810 to advise that transport was ready, we would have missed our flight as the time on our mobile phone had not adjusted to Antigua time and showed an hour earlier. Donna knew the shortcut back to the airport and disaster was averted. A very pleasant stay albeit short, meant that we had little time to make use of all the facilities provided, but we did find the local shops and restaurant following a brisk walk that was not too far.

Donna, the owner, is an.azing person amd nothing is too much trouble for her.

“Convenient place to stay on Antigua, strategical for reaching anywhere on the island, by car”

We had apartment n. 9 on the second floor. Very spacious and confortable. The bed was exceptionally confortable and large. The kitchen/living room was also spacious and confortable and the terrace outside was agreable. Donna, the host, was kind and friendly and the comminication with her was quick and easy. She even allowed us to stay until 1 p.m. the last day since our flight back home was in the afternoon. The position is good for reaching (with a car) anywhere in the island and the closest beach (Dickenson Bay: a marvellous beach) was only 5 mins driving. The view from the terrace is nice even if the sea can only be seen quite far away. The location is extremey quiet and silent 24 hours a day.

Donna was amazing start to finish, very keen to help and show you around Antigua if you wanted. The room stayed cool during the night and was overall comfortable place to stay.

“Lovely staff in a quit and beautiful area”

This room was much bigger and had a higher quality than we expected. The staff was lovely and the area was quiet and surrounded by cozy houses with beautiful gardens. the placement may look odd, but it was perfect for us. it was only a 30 min walk to Dickson bay or 30 min walk in the other direction to St. Johns or Fort James. The closest super market was only a 10-15 min walk from the hotel. i would recommend to bring something to make you visible if you are walking in the dark. There was also some restaurants close by. Otherwise the island is mainly made for driving, and I would recommend to rent a car. The lovely lady at the hotel did also have a transportation service that helped us to the airport.

“Comfortable stay”

Located opposite a ground . Lots of fresh air and sunshine . The property name “Sea View” may set expectations a bit high. The room itself was comfortable, though the décor is more traditional and could benefit from some refurbishment. The kitchen is somehow functional but having a few more utensils would be helpful. Tap water is not drinkable, so bottled water needs to be purchased, which usually requires a taxi trip to the supermarket. Taxi fares are around USD 20-25 to reach the city or nearby beaches, so this place may be more convenient for guests with their own vehicle. With a little more care and attention, the apartment could offer a better overall experience.

Donna and her staff are fantastic . They catered to our every need. This was our second stay, and we would definitely book again. It is close to the beach and many other amenities close to town .

This was my first solo trip and I was a little nervous but Donna put me at ease immediately.I felt like it waa home away from home.Nothing was a bother if I needed something Most places I needed to get to were easy from the apartment.I will 100 percent be returning again.

I had an amazing stay at Antigua Seaview! 2 weeks for work reasons. The rooms are incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the island. One of the best features is the convenient location, just a short walk to shopping markets and local amenities. Beach is around 10 mins walk, please carry a stick if you are walking some of the dogs are bit scary when you go for walk. 😂 A special thanks to Donna, the owner, whose warmth and hospitality made the experience unforgettable. She’s not only a wonderful host but also a genuinely delightful person to talk to—you could spend the whole day just listening to her stories and insights. Donna truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. Highly recommend Antigua Seaview to anyone visiting the island!

25 minutes walk to Dickonsons Beach and a Supermarket. 35 minutes into St John’s town. (I’m a walker) if you have a hire car it’s a perfect base. It is so quiet and peaceful. Staff and owner are helpful.

“Comfortable, peaceful, accommodating”

Made the holiday experience just that much bit better. Donna was an excellent host. She upgraded us on the first day as we were staying for more than a week as a couple. Both rooms were very well designed and spacious. Beds were comfortable, mosquito nets functional, and air-con was able to be set a comfortable temperature always. There was loud music one night, but expected as it was holiday season, other than that quiet enough to sleep well every night. Kitchen facilities were also more than enough to sustain. Enough parking out front and side. Apartment was always cleaned each day, by Rose the cleaner who was lovely and accommodating. Would recommend staying if you're in Antigua or plan to be!!
