“Comfortable, clean, cosy”
The room was comfortable, clean, cosy. It was easy and quick to drive into the centre of Saint John from here. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

“Museum being renovated so shut till 2029. Misty rain most of the morning.”
Out of main town section. Returned in the dark so easy drive in.

This is no doubt an old motel, maybe a little shabby but traveling for work over the years I've been in a lot of these. It's clean and that's important but it also feels warm and solid (quiet) no drafts and there was a recliner like a lazy boy in the room that was comfortable enough to sleep in and a pod type coffee maker with quality coffee. Staying in more modern Motels from the chains seem to be less comfortable even though everything is usually new and shiny,

Motel run down. Luck of toiletries ini. Bathroom. Linen torn abd luck of reasonable size tiweks. A bit dingy noises from traffic outside. Needs a real spruce up.

I love this Motel. The owners are awesome. It is dated with no AC but it has charm. It reminds me of my childhood living in SJ.

Terrible place for the price (over $100 with tax for one night). Far from downtown. Small, smelly, dark room. Paper-thin walls. Weak door lock. I was travelling on my own and I really felt uncomfortable there. I guess I was very lucky the few other guests were decent and quiet people. Will definitely not go back and would not recommend to anyone, unless it is your last available option.
