“Poor customer satisfaction. Hope that similar incidents won’t happen again to other people”
The management told me I had to pay for towels($100) as it was not found after I left the apartment. This is a troubling matter to future tenants as I left everything as it was. Secondly, there was a floor mat on the towel hanger and the towels were in the drawers in the living room which make me wonder about customer service as compared to other rentals.

“We were very impressed with service and will return again and refer people to this place.”
The host was easy to contact, responded quickly. The suite was spotless, the bed was so comfortable, kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed. Parking was easy and safe. Stores were nearby. Very quiet. Very pieceful.
