The location is excellent walking distance uptown Saint John. The view of King st from our room was fantastic. City lights and the sunsetting over the water was beautiful.

I stayed here for work and overall the experience was good. The room was clean, and most of the staff were professional and helpful. However, I needed an invoice for my job reimbursement, and this part was very disappointing. Since I booked through Booking, the app told me to contact the hotel directly because they don’t issue invoices. When I called the front desk, they hung up on me. Everything else during my stay went well, but the lack of support with the invoice and the way the call was handled really affected my overall impression.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable and the room was as expected based on the room description and pics. The staff were very helpful/accommodating when my phone charger died, lending me a charging cord. There was also an employee, Promo, that deserves an award for being so friendly and easily put a smile on my face.

“Pet Friendly Downtown Stay in Saint John”
Situated in a convenient location downtown Saint John. Plenty of available above ground parking nearby. Pet friendly hotel made it great for our dog. The hotel room was very spacious and beds were super comfy as well. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
