“Perfect home, perfect hosts, perfect village stay”
Perfect home, perfect hosts. Well situated in the quaint village of Saint Jeannet. We stayed for 3 glorious days as Daniel and Sylvia's guests. 1. Perfect home - equipped with full kitchen, complete dining sets, cosy bed, glorious view. The kitchen is perfect for our stay as we could prepare our own food with good ingredients from the nearby shops. Daily breakfast with the gorgeous view from our window. 2.Ease of access - just abt 100m fr the public car park which is well appreciated since it's a small village with limited parking 3. Close to shops- abt 5 - 8 min slow stroll to shops, restaurants. We had a nice lunch at Anna's (hope I got the name correct), a small restaurant at a corner, operated by a wonderful cook and her niece; a casino convenience shop is tucked at one corner, abt 2-3 min walk from the restaurant; a shop selling freshly made ravioli, pasta, gnocchi which taste great; a pizza shop that opens only in the evenings with pizzas baked in stone oven; a boucherie cum fresh food shop is just opposite Anna's and we bought a wonderfully roasted chicken and food for our stay. 4. Perfect host- Daniel and Sylvia were wonderful hosts. They communicated perfectly and made our stay stress free. Daniel wrote a book on cycling in the region! Saint Jeannet is a village perfect for those into relaxing in a beautiful ancient village and enjoying nature walks or hikes. We attempted to hike up to the baou and were well rewarded.
