Overview
Villa Erdian provides furnished apartments in the centre of Saint-Jean-de-Luz. It is in a pedestrian street a 1-minute walk from the beach. “Will go again!”
Really friendly and communicative manager. The location is stunning just a few minutes walk to the sea front, local market, shops, wine bars, restaurants. Also, the bus and train links are so efficient and inexpensive. The apartment was clean and ready for us, had everything needed to cook and eat in on some nights. Bed was also very comfortable. Views from our apartment at the top were stunning over the roof tops and to the mountain.

“Fair value in off-season but not for everyone”
Although it wasn't as close to beach as expected (and certainly not in view) the central location was great and surprisingly quiet. Very nicely decorated, comfortable bed.

“Good choice, great location, close to beach and shops. Peaceful.”
The flat was right in the town, but quiet and so close to the beach. It was a large flat and was very homely. Lovely bedroom. Nice big lounge, kitchen, dining room with balcony doors. The local bakers and supermarket were close. Although partially pedestrianised the road was close to carry your bags. We pre booked grand plage parking and that was so close. A great place.

Great location close to beach, restaurants and shops on your doorstep. Old building with character and very clean. 24 hour parking at Grand Plage Parking 2 minute walk away.

“Good Location”
Great location near the beach. Everything was within walking distance. 15 minute walk to the train station. Apartment was a good size but dated. A washing machine was provided but it was in the basement.

“A convenient, well-stocked apartment”
The balcony. A series of books to read about France. Some French novels. The Canard Enchaîné. Plenty of plates etc. although due to the heat we didn’t use much. The fact that the WIFI code was displayed so we didn’t have to ask for it. The television was simple and functional.
