“It is a great value budget accommodation in an excellent location.”
Great location within a few minutes walk to centre of town and beach. Bus Station outside the door and railway station across the road. It was comfortable and quiet despite being on the main road. Good soundproofing. Staff were helpful.

The room was quite basic but still very nice, the location couldn't have been better, directly opposite the train station (which was the reason I stayed in Saint-Jean-de-Luz, to get a train to Paris) and it was perfect. The staff were nice, I vaguely remember a bit of confusion over whether or not I'd paid the city tax, and I already had; they were very nice about it and just trusted me.
