The apartment was in a perfect location, we were able to walk to so many beautiful beaches, had good options for food and it was really convenient having the car space provided. The apartment had everything we needed and we really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect host Josiane, she was really nice and helpful. The apartment is on amazing location, just 5min walking from the beach and bars/restaurants. It is nice and calm area, perfect for some relaxing time. The studio is equiped with everything needed and has a nice small terrace where you can have your coffee or drink. I totally recommend this appartment and all the compliments to amazing Josiane.

Lovely studio-apartment with a spacious great balcony, overlooking stunning well-kept gardens, just minutes walk from the harbour and the sea. We loved our visit to Cap Ferrat, and we walked all around the peninsula as well as the mini-peninsula, absolutely stunning part of Côte d’Azur! We had the best experience staying at this studio, it is very spacious and sparkling clean, all the amenities for cooking, and a comfortable sofa bed. The TV has tons of channels and also the streaming-channels. WiFi excellent. Great power in the shower! But best of all is the location, and the lovely host, Andrea, who met us upon arrival and departure. She gave us a warm welcome, and provided valuable information about the area and how to get from A to B. The place is tucked away in a leafy neighbourhood and is private and very quiet. We did not have a car, it is easy getting here by public transportation. We loved sitting on the balcony/terrasse having a glass of wine in the evenings and a coffee in the mornings. Thank you so much to the lovely host, Andrea, who always responded to our messages and concerns promptly. Excellent communication. Will definitely be back!

Perfectly situated within walking distance of Saint Jean village, Rothschild Museum and the coastal path past David Niven’s house. Everything you need in the studio apartment with comfortable fold away bed.

Quiet neighborhood, safe, very close to the port. Cozy large terrace, air conditioner, good cushions, iron and hairdryer available, lots of nice creams and soaps.

We enjoyed our stay - the location is nice and quiet with bars and beach nearby. Drive to Monaco is also just over 20 minutes away. Parking could be challenging for bigger cars, but it was great for our Fiat 500.

Excellent apartment in a fantastic location with secure parking. Immaculate with all the facilities you need. Spacious secluded terrace. Within a few minutes walk you have bars and restaurants, also a well stocked supermarket. Same for the bus stop that is literally just around the corner from the main line train station.
