Quiet, spacious villa's. Very nice starting point to discover the island! Nice pool. Easy communication with manager Lashae (thank you!). Food & drink: The Deck is within walking distance; Lashae tipped Café Carizma in Holetown for breakfast. We'd like to tip Nishi for a special dinner. Massy supermarket has got all you need for food and drink to take back to the villa.

Villa was well designed and constructed. Interior was bright, comfortable and tastefully decorated.

Very clean and modern. Villa is very comfortable , nicely furnished and has all the necessary for self catering. It has a very good communial pool and loungers . The atmosphere was very relaxing You do need a car staying here to get around but saying that we used a very local cab driver who was on hand both day and evening.

The villa was well appointed, had everything you would need, it was modern, clean and comfy. Paul the host was very nice, he was very helpful and generous with his time, always willing to help or lend a hand. Would recommend.

Paul the owner/ manager of the property was there to meet us when we arrived even though it was circa 9.30pm he was very helpful

Gorgeous accommodation, I'm suitably jealous of the owners and everyone who gets to stay there after us. So much space to relax. The description and reviews emphasise that a car is recommended, and I can understand why that would be true for many, but we prefer to walk everywhere (and use public /taxis) and it was all good from our perspective, eg 7 mins walk home after a drink and food at the Deck, and 40 mins from Holetown and some fab gift shops and bars. The recommended taxi service was also good value. Buses good fun. Paul, one half of the owner couple, kindly offered us lifts - we declined in favour of walking but were grateful for the offer. Only reason for 9/10 is not in the gift of the owners: we found the South East of the island to be better value for accommodation and other costs, and even more walk friendly re proximity. Otherwise if you want to stay in the West, 10/10. Lovely stuff.

What a beautiful property! Very classy furnishings, everything you would need is catered for. Absolutely spotless. But for me, the porch with direct access to stunning views and local wildlife just made it pure heaven for me. The morning to afternoon movement of monkeys were a joy to behold! Firefly’s in the adjoining fields in the evening - just magical.

Fantastic property in a great location close to Holetown. Our host, Paul, was really friendly and helpful. The property was really clean and stylish and had all amenities needed. It was very quiet with beautiful views and wildlife. The beach within walking distance was beautiful too. Would definitely stay again.
